Sofia Court of Appeal refused to consider evidence of protection in the case of D zhoka Polfrimana , and rejected the request for viewing the CCTV cameras, but agreed to hold another hearing with examination of witnesses, to be held on November 11, 2010.
Speaking at a court hearing on October 21, counsel Jock Polfrimana Dinko Kanchev said that the chances of success of the "50/50".
Kanchev said he could not comment on why the Sofia Court of Appeal refused to consider the testimony of defense, but he hopes the case will be referred to the Court of Cassation, the highest court in Bulgaria.
Five witnesses from the speakers - two friends Andrew Mons, one of whom was injured during a fight, and three policemen.The defense demanded that cast doubt on their testimony, since there are inconsistencies between their testimony during the investigation and subsequent application before the court.
