April 12 anti-fascists passed a petition to the consulate of Ukraine in Saint Petersburg. In support of Dennis Solopova activists were gathered around a hundred signatures. The petition contained a request not to extradite to Russia party's anti-fascist movement Denis Solopova being in jail in Ukraine and is suspected of organizing attacks on the administration building near Moscow Khimki 28 July 2010 in protest against plans to cut down forests Khimki.
Representatives of the Ukrainian Consulate in St. Petersburg took the petition and promised to pass it to the Ukrainian Embassy in Moscow.
Recall July 28, 2010 unknown, was attacked at the administration building of Khimki Moscow region, resulting in broken several windows.The event was held in support of Khimki forest. At present at the trial of two social activists, Alexei Gaskarova Solopova and Maxim, which is accused of organizing attacks on the administration building. A third suspect in the case, Denis Solopov (brother Maxim Solopova), March 2, 2011, was arrested in Kiev and is currently being held in jail pending a request from Russia for his extradition.
According to Dennis Solopova mates, before his arrest, UN representative office in Kiev, has recognized its mandate refugee, as his prosecution is due to political reasons. At this point Denis Solopov has the status of rights protected under the United Nations, and his possible extradition from Ukraine at the request of Russian investigative bodies will be a flagrant violation of international legal norms.
